When you grow up in a Bellevue household with REALTORS® and contractors as parents, dinner table discussion gives you a daily education in those professions. Taking phone messages for parents in real estate teaches you what to listen for. And when your parents love what they do and enjoy the people they work with, that message gets through, too.
Annie Agnew resisted the pull to that vocation through college at the University of Washington, where she majored in Communications, through marriage and four kids and twenty years of stints as a classroom volunteer, working with the PTA, 4-H, and football, through backyard summer swim camp, swim team, and Pony Club with horses boarded on her property, and through custom-service oriented careers at Alaska Airlines and Nordstrom. But all of those strong community connections and her early exposure to her parents' professions eventually guided her into the career she was meant for. Anyone who spends her vacations going to every open house for miles around must, at some point, give in to the calling.
Annie's training in communications and her two decades working in the community serve her well as a real estate agent. Her varied experiences in housing, including rentals, home sales, land development, home building, outbuildings, stables, and pools give her a depth of knowledge that makes her a desirable team member. And, importantly, she brings values such as honesty, caring, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail into client partnerships. Her goal is to help buyers and sellers make a smooth transition to their new housing situation by taking the time to guide them through the process while supporting their efforts to make their real estate vision a reality.
Annie lives and plays in the country in Issaquah. She enjoys her rural neighborhood - the space and the quiet. But she is ready to spring into action when you bring your property dreams to her. Catch the can-do spirit from Annie Agnew!
